Banana & Blueberry Oaty muffins

Ideal for breakfast or a cheeky little guilt free snack (whats not to love!). If your on the go and don't have time to make breakfast, these are basically muffin equivalent to porridge, its a win-win. Delicious and Nutritious, they're all you need to get you going in the morning.

Muffin porridge!

The main ingredient, oats. Oats have so many benefits, please don't be scared of them just because they're carbs!

  • They are a good source of carbs and fibre, including the powerful fiber beta-glucan. They also contain more protein and fat than most grains

  • Whole Oats Are Rich in Antioxidants, Including Avenanthramides.

  • Oats Contain a Powerful Soluble Fiber Called Beta-Glucan.

  • They Can Lower Cholesterol Levels and Protect LDL Cholesterol From Damage.

  • Oats Can Improve Blood Sugar Control.


Ideal for breakfast or a cheeky little guilt free snack (whats not to love!).

Ingredients:

2 Bananas

1 egg

Splash of Almond milk

Honey

160g Oats

2tbsp Peanut butter

Blueberries

2tsp Baking powder


Mix it all together and put it into the muffin tray, bake for 20 mins at 180 degrees.
